Boon prot is definitely the best sort of monk for 4v4, nothing else is even viable it seems. They're like every possible sort of monking you could need rolled into one.
I prefer offering for my monks, a bit more energy, and I drop a point from df for a few more points in blood (or inspiration for edrain). I usually overheal anyways, so I figure it's worth it.
Seems like you're a bit heavy on energy management. Should drop power drain and drain enchant for more prot spells. You can't take warriors without condition removal, and you should be able to remove hexes from the rest of your party. Shielding hands is nice for fighting off ranger spikers too (which are poping up in 4v4 now for some reason).

Arena Prot Monk:
Divine Boon
Reversal of Fortune
Guardian
Signet of Devotion
Offering of Blood (You could go with Edrain or Mantra of Recall if you prefer)
Protective Spirit OR Divine Intervention
Mend Ailment
Contemplation of Purity
No reason a monk should have a res in pvp.

try running it as is if you like a challenge, and take res sig out if it bothers you im basically posting this for monks that are tired of using the same old handful of skills over and over and over again and want a change of pace
it has a lot of weaknesses (hex/condition removal on others, diversion, etc) but its really gratifying when u pull out a close win using the mesmer skills in critical situations

You play a monk and go heavy mesmer with energy gain. If that is challenging.....you can gimp any profession and call it a challenge. Play a Mo/N with 90% blood or death skills, a Mo/W with 90% melee skills, etc.

My point is it isnt gimped at all if used correctly.. and its different and fun. Thats it. Im not advocating making a retarded build that doesnt work and saying its a challenge lol
When i say its effective I mean that itll take you just about as far as any other monk build in random arena or ta.. at least it has for me, and ive run any kind of monk build you can think of in arena, gvg, tombs etc, which is the whole point of me making this build.. I needed a change.. and it works, so try it lol

I been switching offering of blood for peace of harmony, because when your energy is getting drained and you need health while getting pounded on, sacrificing would definetly get you killed, so far I like it, dont know which one is better

Peace and harmony is completely worthless. It's not even close to enough energy for a boon build (I'm guessing that's not what you're using) due to the -2 energy per cast, and the efficiency gained by bringing an elite heal like word will net you far more energy saved.
1 point of energy regen is 1/3 an energy point per second. It takes 15 seconds to even get back the measly 5 energy you spent casting it. Take into account the fact that it must be recast after being rended (and monks get rended alot) or after expiring, and you're getting much less than 1 pip of regen.
Offering of blood will net you around 10 or more energy per cast, every 15 seconds that's equivalent to at least two pips of regen, and 10% life is a small price to pay, the health loss is practically unnoticable. I use it in the middle of poundings all the time without dying. Also, it has the advantage that it can't be stripped or desecrated.

im talking about having less than 5 energy and getting pounded to almost death by spells and conditons attacks etc but i do hate how its an enchantment though, I can't make up my mind because all I need is a good group to get to team arenas from CA easily ( there is no challenge unless a mesmer with energy drain comes along ) and when I do get to TA I always get the map with the priest that murders my crappy computer

hehe yeah stick with offering if you want an elite for energy management... if those are the 2 u are considering... if u dont like the sacrifice dmg, try edrain, although its not as effective
